DARRYL FORD

Founder & Head Coach


Darryl’s main passion lies in helping his clients improve their body composition - whether that’s losing a few pounds, building muscle mass or going through a complete body transformation process

Being a massive ‘foodie’ and previously having a reliance on takeaways, meals out and convenience foods - he can really empathise with struggles around nutrition

His own fitness goals are physique focused alongside optimising his strength, cardiovascular fitness and allowing him to enjoy the food and lifestyle he loves

Darryl likes to spend his spare time…

  • Hiking & being outdoors

  • Travelling & visiting new locations

  • Furthering his knowledge

  • Watching adventure & marvel movies

GRANT FULLICK

Founder & Head Coach


Grant spent his teenage years and early 20’s overweight, lacking self-confidence and working in a job he didn’t enjoy. Exercise and nutrition improved his life so much, he decided to switch to a career that help others do the same.

His compassionate nature helps his clients feel at ease - whether their goals be to lose weight, build strength or simply able to pick something off the floor without feeling incapable

Now a dad, the realities of juggling parenthood and his own health has made him appreciate how fitness should be integrated into every parent's life.

Grant likes to spend his time…
