Caroline

About her journey:

Caroline felt uncomfortable in her skin and was suffering with knee pain whilst running. Despite following workout plans in the past, she hadn’t seen the results she had anticipated.

She began working with coach Darryl Ford with the initial goal of building strength and improving her knee pain but with a future plan of getting leaner.

Coaches Comments

“During Caroline’s first phase, we built strength in weak areas and worked on foundational habits. This set us up for an extremely effective 12 week dieting phase and Caroline is now maintaining this physique throughout the year”

Caroline still works with Darryl today and is continuously setting new goals and making improvements!

MEHDI

About hIS journey:

Mehdi had always dreamed about having ab definition, but thought it was unachievable. He had been going to the gym for years but did not see much if any benefit from it.

He knew his diet was poor, but lacked the confidence and knowledge to make improvements. A structured training plan and strategically planned nutritional improvements helped Mehdi achieve his healthiest body with a physique he is proud of!

Mehdi is now happily maintaining his new physique whilst building strength and fitness, and continuing to develop his knowledge around nutrition

AARON

About hIS journey:

Aaron lacked confidence in his body for years, and also suffered with ongoing back pain. He had always been active, playing lots of sports including golf, football, tennis and more - but had no direction when it came to the gym or his diet which led to him being overweight and in poor health.

Aaron wasn’t looking for a ‘transformation’ - he simply wanted to see an improvement and build a level of understanding and independence around exercise and nutrition that he could carry with him for the rest of his life.

Coaches Comments

“Aaron’s move from a “Can Not” to a “Can Do” mindset was the biggest change in his process. When we started, he regularly put himself down before even trying, where as now he always open to trying new ideas and evolving.

DAVID

About hIS journey:

David used to work in the city and was severely overweight. After a health scare he decided to start looking after himself, he improved his diet, started walking more and got into road cycling eventually losing over 5 stone!

During the years of COVID lockdowns he regained some of the weight and wanted to take his training and diet to the next level so sought for help. He initially wanted to drop 10kg whilst maintaining or improving his performance on the bike, ready for some big endurance cycle events!

David has now lost over 10kg and his performance on his bike is constantly improving. With his first milestone achieved, David now wants to get in the best shape possible for next years cycling season. This means building strength, power and endurance and then dropping a few more pounds before the start of the season!

rachael

About her journey:

Rachel had spent her 20’s prioritising her career and found herself neglecting exercise resulting, in her gaining weight. She had got to the point where her confidence was at an all time low and she would dread taking photos with family and friends.

She found herself intimidated by the gym environment, had tried exercise classes and swimming to try and shift the weight but felt like she wasn’t getting anywhere and was wasting time.

When starting with coach Darryl, Rachael stated that her big marker was for her family to notice a difference six weeks later when she visited for Christmas. With that goal achieved and ticked off, future goals were set and continue to be to this day.

Rachael is on a journey of continuous improvement and feeling the benefits every single day!
