We deliver a completely bespoke service to each individual. As each individual is unique, we need to discuss with you your starting point, history, goals, experience level and more as our packages are built upon you achieving your result, not just on a session per session basis.

We compare it to having a new kitchen designed for you! To get a quote for your new kitchen, the designed needs to see your current kitchen, take measurements and discuss how you want your kitchen to look, function and feel!

Yes! Our coaches are qualified in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition. We have trained a number of mothers throughout their pregnancy and beyond it. Your exercise and nutrition during and after pregnancy can ease labour, mitigate some of the negative impacts pregnancy has on your body and improve both yours and your babies health
As with all special circumstances there may be certain scenarios where we would need to refer out to a specialist or another practitioner

Our coaches work a variety of hours and have late days/early days. Most appointments are between the hours of 7am - 9pm.
Once you sign up, we’ll pair you with pair you with a suitable coach based on your goals and availability

Everyone is unique, and therefore everything is delivered in a bespoke individualised way. Two people who want to lose weight might have entirely different dietary needs and knowledge, different exercise history and different lifestyles or health complications

You’ll have access to a number of example meal plans and much more information on nutrition. By working together with your coach, you’ll develop a nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle that will support your goals.
How structured or rigid your nutrition plan needs to be will depend on a number of factors including your personality, preferences, desired outcome and timeframe.
There’s a large amount of research showing that the majority of people do not benefit from rigid prescribed meal plans. They tend to elicit significant weight loss in the short term but very rarely do the changes last and the majority of people revert to their previous way of eating.
