I enquired at Versue Fitness as I’d heard about how their Personal Training is more than just exercise. I gave Darryl the task of not only helping to change my body and relieve me of my back pain, but to also enable me to continue making progress on my own within six months

Darryl mapped out the whole six month journey, helped me understand what each phase would entail and set out my expectations from the start. He helped me make steady, manageable improvements to my diet every few weeks, alongside some other daily habits such as sleep routine, caffeine intake and activity level to improve my overall lifestyle

I’ve lost over 15kg since working with Darryl, and am now confident enough to use my gym membership properly. I feel empowered to make informed nutritional choices, continue to make improvements and manage my weight and health more effectively for the rest of my life!
